Is it really anonymous?
There is no account to make and no name to give — what we hold is text with no identity attached to it.
Where do my words actually go?
Into our database, where an automated screen reads them for safety before any person does. Nothing is sold, shared for advertising, or used to train AI.
What happens to what I write, after?
Up to three listeners reply, then the room closes and the entry and its replies are deleted within hours. We keep only the subject category. What people come here carrying, not what they said.
What happens to my phone number or email?
It exists to tell you someone replied, then it's deleted — automatically, once your third reply arrives. It's kept apart from your entry and joins no list.
Who are the listeners?
Listeners are real people who chose to sit with something tonight, not therapists, not counsellors, not trained by us.
Can I delete what I wrote?
Yes. Your entry link deletes it, the entry and every reply, permanently, and the link stops working.
